Every JoyForgeCo game is a personalized digital creation made using the details supplied for your order.
Because our games are custom-made digital products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds, except where required by applicable law or applicable Etsy policies.
Why personalized orders are final
Work is created specifically around your people and stories, and a delivered digital file cannot be returned like a physical item. Please review the listing, personalization requirements, and product format before purchasing.
Digital delivery
Your purchase is a digital product delivered as printable files. No physical game, printed cards, packaging, or other item is shipped. The Etsy listing and order communications provide the details for your purchase.
Check your personalization details
Please check names, spelling, stories, and other submitted details carefully. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice a mistake. Changes may not be possible once personalized work has begun or files have been delivered.
Problems with your order
If you receive a damaged or unreadable file, the wrong file, or a product that does not match the agreed order, please contact hello@joyforgeco.com or message us through your Etsy order. Include your order number and a description of the issue so we can investigate and help resolve it. Avoid sending payment card information.
Your legal and Etsy rights
This policy does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. Where Etsy’s applicable policies require a remedy, those requirements also apply. An eligible claim can still be raised through Etsy’s order-help process.
