Grin & Tell personalized product sample

The concept

Personalization should change
the substance of the product.

Turn one year of milestones, quotes, trips and everyday moments into an annual keepsake.

Our working standard is deeper than adding a name to a template. The finished product should use customer-approved stories, photos, traditions, dates, sayings or memories in ways that materially change what is created.

AI-assisted, human-governed production

The production engine is being designed to turn a structured intake into written content, page structure, artwork directions, PDF layout and QA records. Sensitive or private information remains customer-controlled, and every release needs a final quality gate before delivery.

What we are testing

We are validating buyer demand, turnaround time, print quality, personalization depth and the amount of human review needed before this becomes a live paid product.

More about the product

An annual product people can come back for

A family yearbook creates something Grin & Tell needs strategically: a reason for the same customer to return every year. Instead of waiting for a single milestone, families can collect ordinary moments, quotes, trips, school changes, work wins, birthdays, and favorite photos throughout the year and turn them into one annual story.

The format can combine monthly highlights with family superlatives, funniest quotes, “what changed,” favorite meals, best trips, biggest lessons, and predictions for the following year. Because the structure repeats while the content changes, the production process can be highly automated without making each book feel identical. The customer supplies the year; the system supplies the structure, editing, and layout.

Pair it with the Family Legacy Book, Custom Story Coloring Book, or Recipes & Stories.
