The concept
Personalization should change
the substance of the product.
Preserve family stories, traditions and voices in a guided personalized keepsake.
Our working standard is deeper than adding a name to a template. The finished product should use customer-approved stories, photos, traditions, dates, sayings or memories in ways that materially change what is created.
AI-assisted, human-governed production
The production engine is being designed to turn a structured intake into written content, page structure, artwork directions, PDF layout and QA records. Sensitive or private information remains customer-controlled, and every release needs a final quality gate before delivery.
What we are testing
We are validating buyer demand, turnaround time, print quality, personalization depth and the amount of human review needed before this becomes a live paid product.
More about the product
Preserving more than names and dates
A family legacy book is most valuable when it captures the details that rarely make it into a family tree: the house everyone remembers, the recipe that only one person knows, the nickname with a story behind it, the work someone was proud of, or the advice a grandparent repeated for years. Those small details are often the first things to disappear when nobody records them.
Grin & Tell’s concept is designed around guided storytelling rather than blank pages. A structured intake can collect memories, traditions, places, sayings, photographs, and family relationships, then organize them into readable sections with room for future additions. The digital version can be delivered as a polished PDF; a premium concierge version could later include deeper interviews, editing, design, and physical print coordination.
